When construction was completed on the 22-story building, The 88 of San Jose was the tallest residential building in the city. The project consists of 197 luxury condos with a beautifully landscaped 5th-floor courtyard with gardens, pool, spa, fitness center, and outdoor lounge with barbeque. This urban epicenter also features concierge services, retail space, restaurants, ample parking, and a market. The design of The 88 transforms a slumbering downtown into an energetic pedestrian hub.
