Rosendin

The celebrated Hapuna Prince Hotel on the Big Island of Hawaii is renovating three existing beachside hotel buildings into 68 luxury residences, renamed as the Westin Hapuna Beach Resort and Hapuna Beach Residences. The condominiums will range in size from a one bedroom studio to a four-bedroom home with lanai and plunge pool. Each unit will have new, state-of-the-art kitchens, bathrooms, and bedrooms. This renovation is a design-build project that Rosendin has been involved with since 2017 providing new electrical services in conjunction with the local utility company.
