A design-assist project, Genitope – Building 2 is a pharmaceutical facility used for the development of personalized cancer treatment drugs. The 2-story, 102,000 SF building is divided into three distinct areas: flexible office space, laboratory suites and cGMP manufacturing.

The support utilities implement a space saving design and utilize the roof and mechanical yard for contentment of all facility infrastructure equipment.
