Rosendin has been contracted to perform electric contractor services for several phases of the development of Harbor East, including the addition of 52 high-end residential condo units above the Four Seasons Hotel in Baltimore. Every residence is wired and programmed for seamless digital integration, ready for multi-room smart home and entertainment systems. The scope of work for this project included core & shell lighting system, lightning protection system, fire alarm system that will integrate with the existing hotel system and making all necessary connections from the existing main electrical room on the 18th level to the residential mechanical room on the 30th level.
