Project Summary

Chase Center is an innovative, multi-purpose sports and entertainment venue situated at Thrive City on 11 acres in the Mission Bay neighborhood of San Francisco. Chase Center and the mixed-use development includes a state-of-the-art 18,000-seat arena, two office buildings, 100,000 square feet of mixed-use/retail space, and underground parking. More than three acres of the site include plazas, landscaped gardens, and other publicly accessible spaces. The arena had its grand opening in September 2019, hosting a concert for Metallica and the San Francisco Symphony. Rosendin’s role in this project includes labor and materials for the following state-of-art electrical and data elements:

  • Temporary Power for Construction/Cranes, etc. /Office Trailers
  • Lighting for Site and building façade
  • Conduit (Duct Bank) for Lighting/Data/Telecommunications
  • Electrical Power Distribution and Switching
  • Mechanical and Food Service Equipment Connection and Distribution
  • Emergency Power/Generators/Uninterrupted Power Supply
  • Wiring of Outlets and Devices
  • Lighting fixtures labor and material
  • Sport Lighting fixtures labor and material
  • Stage lighting fixtures labor and material
  • Theatre lighting fixtures labor and material
  • Lighting protection and grounding
  • Fire Alarm System
