Arterra San Francisco
Project Summary
Arterra Condominiums is San Francisco’s first LEED-certified high-rise community. Its green certification was earned by applying resource-efficient systems and the use of recycled and sustainable materials, which includes an exterior featuring panels made from recycled content, cork, and bamboo flooring throughout the building, Energy Star rated appliances, energy-efficient windows and lighting, and a green roof. The condominium complex is a 16-story building made up of 268 condos and townhouses, designed with flexible floorplans that maximize natural light and showcase views of the popular Mission Bay/South Beach district of San Francisco. Rosendin’s scope of work for this project included design and installation of electrical systems, telephone, data and CATV systems, as well as installation of entry system card access, alternate power generator, and temporary power and lighting.
