YOUR NEXT OPPORTUNITY:
The Talent Acquisition Manager will report to the Talent Acquisition Director. You will be responsible for hiring and managing a team of recruiters and talent acquisition partners supporting one or more regions. This hands-on role is responsible leadership as well as full-life cycle recruitment for key positions with our company using in-depth knowledge of the business. As an experienced leader, this role will provide coaching, and mentorship to other members of the Talent Acquisition Team with the professional demeaner to challenge them and support career growth. Fosters and builds upon strong relationships and partners with hiring managers, candidates, 3rd party agencies, and community organizations. This role also serves as a Subject Matter Expert and shares guidance, establishes standards, and implements best practices across business regions.
This position will be based in Dallas, reporting to our Coppell, Texas or Austin, Texas reporting to our Pflugerville, Texas office, with some hybrid work flexibility. You may also be required to travel to other offices and job sites as needed.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Manages and mentors a team of Talent Acquisition Partners and Recruiters that are supporting one or more regions.
Epitomize strategic recruiting and sourcing behaviors to Recruiters and direct the team in setting and achieving hiring goals.
Responsible for building out the Central Regions recruiting team.
Conducts 1:1 meetings with Recruiters and Talent Acquisition Partners, supporting in their growth and career development.
Advise TA Director during the strategy and budget cycles.
While owning the recruiting of key roles, manages the entire hiring process from conducting intake meetings with hiring managers to sourcing through to offer acceptance. Owns the offer negotiation process and close candidates using a combination of strong influencing and salesmanship involving all responsible internal parties and in-depth business knowledge.
Builds and maintains deep and trusting relationships with Hiring Managers and business leaders as well as potential candidates and serves as a partner before, during, and after the recruiting process.
Utilizes in-depth understanding of the business to effectively anticipate staffing needs, develops proactive Talent Acquisition strategies, and identifies and implements any needed changes to the approach.
Uses advanced metrics and data in combination with business knowledge to determine the effectiveness of the Talent Acquisition strategy.
Communicates hiring status, trends, metrics, and issues to the leadership team. Recommends and implements solutions.
Makes data-driven compensation recommendations to close candidates within business and Rosendin guidelines.
Exemplifies professionalism in partnering with hiring managers and provides strategies / approaches to thoroughly articulate the business needs within the context of the requisitions.
Strategically leverages senior business leaders, and the wider People organization by partnering with and influencing HRG's, HRBPs, and Compensation and Benefits to identify and implement solutions and best practices. Anticipates roadblocks and simplifies Talent Acquisition processes.
Approaches overall hiring practices applying knowledge of Rosendin DEI initiatives. Effectively drives progress in DEI by sourcing new markets, developing new relationships, and influencing managers.
Build and support a team that proactively approaches networking, cold calls, and "deep diving" into passive candidate networks throughout various markets. Identifies and leverages under-utilized or unique labor markets to source for candidates.
Professionally handles confidential information, respecting employee privacy while maintaining company confidentiality. Interacts with various levels of management, employees, applicants, and vendors.
Discerns and models the utilization of 3rd party for key roles
Assesses college recruitment programs and implements needed changes to maximize participation and strategies to fill current openings and help build a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates. Advises and supports college recruiting.
Manages job postings and announcements, applicant correspondence, employee resumes, employment application forms, scheduling interviews, etc.

Ensures compliance with employment laws throughout the recruitment process.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
Strong experience and knowledge of ATS systems, Workday Recruit preferred as well as internet search methods
Familiarity with job boards and computer systems designed specifically for HR
Experience working with staffing vendors
Strong sourcing skills including ATS, LinkedIn, and job boards such as Indeed or ZipRecruiter
Experience developing and mentoring recruiters.
Strong data and reporting experience, including workforce planning, recruiting funnel and attrition data.
Experience doing intake calls and processing offer letters.
Proven success in conducting interviews using various methods (phone, video, email, in-person)
Ability to lead and drive implementing recruiting projects
Mentorship experience with junior recruiters.
Ability to travel when required
WHAT YOU BRING TO US
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in human resources management or related field
Additional HR certifications (PHR, SHRM-CP)
Desire to grow professionally with leadership, networking, and ongoing training opportunities
Minimum 10 years' Talent Acquisition experience with at least 3 years of people management experience
Minimum of 3 years working specifically for a General Contractor, electrical subcontractor, or an EPC organization
Significant experience using an ATS database. Workday preferred
Must have at least 2 years of experience supporting data center and or manufacturing customers.
Can be an equivalent combination of training, education, and relevant work experience
WORKING CONDITIONS:
General work environment - sitting for long periods, standing, walking, typing, carrying, pushing, bending. Work is conducted primarily indoors with varying environmental conditions such as fluorescent lighting and air conditioning
Noise level is usually low to medium; it can be loud on the jobsite.

Occasional lifting of up to 30 lbs.
