Interning at Rosendin was the jolt I needed to confirm my path into project management. My time spent with Division 73 was nothing less than a great time on and off the site. The team I worked with, showed me the true power of learning, collaboration, and dedication. They were a great model of what Rosendin represents and are the reason why I happily decided to come back full time now as an APM.
The most surprising part about being a woman in construction is that the acceptance has changed from when I started to now. It’s much easier to jump in with everybody and be accepted.
